The people who make the day
Macarthur Early Learning is led by Laura, our Nominated Supervisor, working alongside Sharna as 2IC Director and Fiona, our Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader. In the kitchen, Julie has been cooking for our children for nine years.
We’ve built a team of long-standing educators, because consistency is what lets real relationships form — between educators and children, and between educators and families.
Each child is recognised as an individual, and we work in partnership with families to support their development socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively.

Who does what, in plain English
Early learning has its own job titles. Here’s what they actually mean under Australia’s National Quality Framework.
Nominated Supervisor
Named on the service approval and responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre — the person accountable for how the service operates.
Educational Leader
Every approved service must appoint one. They lead the educational program, mentor the team and keep practice tied to the Early Years Learning Framework.
Early Childhood Teacher
A university-qualified teacher. Services are required to have an ECT in attendance for set periods, based on how many children are enrolled.
Nine years of fresh meals, cooked on site
At the heart of our centre is our kitchen, led by Julie, who has been a valued member of our team for nine years. With extensive experience and a genuine passion for nourishing children, she prepares fresh, wholesome meals each day that children actually look forward to.
Mealtimes are part of the learning, too — they build independence, social confidence and healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Food that does more than fill them up
Munch & Move approved
Our menu is approved under NSW Health's Munch & Move program, so it meets current nutritional guidelines and supports healthy growth and development.
Cooked here, every day
Nothing is trucked in reheated. Julie cooks on site, which means meals are fresh and the kitchen can adapt to what children are actually eating.
New flavours, gently
A balanced variety of meals and snacks introduces children to different flavours and textures, building positive food choices from an early age.
Allergies, intolerances or cultural requirements? Tell us on your enrolment form and Julie will work around them.
