Inclusion Support 

Macarthur early learning aims to Work collaboratively with families, children and other professionals such as occupational therapists, speech clinics and pediatrician specialists helps evolve individual development and create inclusion plans based on the child’s needs to obtain a strong sense of being, becoming and belonging within their learning environments. 

 

 educators use these community services to seek information and strategies in adapting specific routines and experiences for the room environment to maximize the child’s opportunities for independent learning and participation into the program and ongoing curriculum.

 

options for additional support to assist with inclusion is funding for an additional educator to support the implementation of inclusion of all children within the room. 

 

 The strategies that can be enforced are unique to each child. our educators cater for input from families and communities services to optimize the best chance of successful through their early years as we can.
